Adriana Alvarez

Certified Massage Therapist

Hello my name is Adriana Alvarez, born and raised in San Diego Ca. I am a certified massage therapist, 14 years ago I decided to dedicate my life to helping people feel better. I’ve worked 10 years with a chiropractor and physical therapist, where my modalities were trigger point therapy and deep tissue massage. Then I changed the setting the last 4 years into a spa at the hotel del Coronado, as well doing manual therapy, bodywork, cupping, kinesiology taping, independently at an office with an acupuncturist. I am committed to providing personalized care to each patient, tailoring my treatments to address specific concerns and promote relaxation and healing. I’m excited to start this new journey here at Ignite chiropractic, and help those who seek my expertise. We are human and we must take care of our own body.
